We are seeking qualified professionals that take pleasure in bringing joy, creativity, laughter and companionship to others. As a valued member of our staff, we expect that you assist with oversight of the day-to-day functions of the resident’s and community while providing assistance and support to all in a manner that ensures health, safety and happiness of all that reside in, visit, or work in our community.


  • High School graduate, with some education/experience in geriatric field
  • Two (2) years experience in a health care setting
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, follow instructions and communicate effectively in English
  • Exhibits initiative, energy, and creativity to enhance the social, physical, and emotional needs of residents
  • Must be well organized and have demonstrated ability to form positive working relationships with older adults, families, volunteers, and co-workers
  • Assist with daily activity programs as needed
  • Ability to perform light to moderate physical activities
  • Ability to work with, and chart for several residents
  • Weekend availability


  • Current CNA certificate is preferred
  • Education and experience with memory loss and dementia is a plus

Duties include but not limited to:

  • ADL care (bathing, dressing and grooming)
  • charting, assisting with activity programs and meals
  • offering supportive and professional care to all residents
  • encouraging independence with a caring attitude
  • other duties as may be required or necessary to properly support residents care needs
